Children’s Policy
For the safety of your children and the comfort and consideration of all salon guests, Willow & CO Salon does not permit children 12 and under in the salon area unless they are receiving services. Children 12 and under receiving salon services must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving services. Please be aware that Willow & CO Salon is not responsible for the well-being of children in the salon.
Cancellations
In consideration of our other clients and our technicians, we require a 24-hour notice of any cancellations. Habitual cancellations without a minimum 24-hour notice and missed appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to your credit
Method of Payment
Willow & CO Salon accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay. We do not accept checks.
Noise Free Environment
Please help us maintain a peaceful environment by refraining from use of cell phone, tablet and gaming devices. If you must use your devices, please request headphones to maintain a peaceful environment.
Refunds
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service at Willow & CO Salon, please notify the salon manager within 72 hours of the service date. Please be aware that we do not guarantee any services that are performed without a consultation or an appropriate finishing service.
Returns
All merchandise returned within 30 days with a Willow & CO Salon receipt may be exchanged, or a store credit will be applied to the client’s account. All clearance and makeup sales are final.
